| Alchemy Creative plans to
launch an Adventures of the Elements YouTube video in the winter of 2007. Adventures of the Elements launches My Space Website at www.myspace.com/adventures_of_the_element Alchemy Creative has appointed Jane Swift, former Governor of Massachusetts, to its Advisory Board. Alchemy Creative has reached an agreement with Charlie Weber, former CEO of Lucas Films who oversaw the development and production of Star Wars The Empire Strikes, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and More American Graffiti, to champion Adventures of the Elements in the television and movie industry. Alchemy Creative has established relationships with national retailers such as Barnes & Noble, Borders, Books-A-Million, BlockBuster, an others. Alchemy Creative has entered an agreement with Barbara Lowe of Bigger Pictures to showcase the Adventures of the Elements 3-D animated episodes in 2200 national movie theaters. Alchemy Creative and CAT Studios has engaged Alan Chan as the Supervising Animation Director for the Adventures of the Elements animated series. Alan Chan has been a key part of the development of such movies as “The Polar Express”, “Lord of the Rings”, “Harry Potter & the Sorcerer’s Stone”, and “Titanic”. Alchemy Creative has named Jim Miller, former President of Warner Brothers Worldwide Theatrical Business Operations, to its Advisory Board. Alchemy Creative has partnered with Synaptic Games in the development of the first Adventures of the Elements internet and episodic games. This effort is spearheaded by Dr. Dan Schlusselberg, who has been developing and marketing computer graphics applications for over 30 years and has co-founded three successful software companies. Dr. Schlusselberg invented a new way of creating 3-D images from CT scans called Volume Rendering, and invented a new technique called CT-Angiography, which is currently performed extensively throughout the world. Alchemy Creative has entered into a partnership with CAT Studios in Dallas to produce 13 animated 3-D Adventures of the Elements television and DVD episodes. CAT Studios, with 21 years experience in the movie business and animators whose work includes backgrounds with Disney and Pixar, is in full production on the first Adventures of the Elements 3-D animation entitled, the Water Cycle. Alchemy Creative has signed a market consultant contract with Walraven/ Classmates Marketing. Corporately, Walraven/ Classmates Marketing reaches approximately 85% of United States’ students in grades K-12, totaling 51 million students. Alchemy Creative is proud to announce that its core product, Adventures of the Elements has been approved by Harris County Department of Education (HCDE). HCDE has entered into an agreement with Alchemy Holdings to sell the Adventures of the Elements nationally. Alchemy Creative has negotiated a Master License Agreement with Golden Light Studios in cooperation with Global Brands Group for distribution of AoE media and products into the United Kingdom and Europe. Alchemy Creative launches new Adventures of the Elements and Corporate website for Fall 2007. Alchemy Creative has signed with Carpenter & Associates, which is a full-service public relations and marketing consulting firm. An example of Carpenter & Associates recognized public relations campaign includes the book tour for “Beatrice’s Goat” for Heifer International, 3-Time winner on the NY Times’ Best Children’s Picture Book List, resulting in coverage on Oprah and Good Morning America.
